Ben is responsible for all things marketing for the Mavericks, including the team's website and social media, game day experience, and sponsorships. Ben's ties to the history of Columbus junior hockey go back to childhood. As a Columbus, OH native, Ben grew up playing youth hockey in the CAHA house and travel system, before spending a season with the Athens Bobcats. Following high school hockey, he spent three years playing junior hockey with the Columbus Stars and subsequently Columbus Jr. B Blue Jackets in the Central States Hockey League. Away from the Mavericks, Ben owns and operates Amador Creative, a creative branding agency, and resides in Virginia Beach, VA with his wife, Steffanie and children, TJ and Riley.
