The Columbus Mavericks are committed to providing a great experience for our fans, players, and families. Please review the following Refund Policy carefully before completing any purchase. By purchasing tickets or other products through our website or box office, you agree to the terms outlined below.
Game Ticket Refunds
We understand that plans change. The following terms apply to all game ticket purchases:
Refund Request Window
Refund requests for game tickets must be submitted in writing at least 24 hours prior to the scheduled start time of the game. Requests submitted within 24 hours of game time will not be eligible for a refund.
How to Submit a Refund Request
All refund requests must be submitted in writing via email to: tickets@columbusmavericks.com
Your email must include the following information:

Full name of the purchaser

Order confirmation number or proof of purchase

Game date and opponent

Reason for refund request
Refund Processing
Approved refunds will be returned to the original form of payment within 5–10 business days. Processing fees charged at the time of purchase are non-refundable unless the event is cancelled or rescheduled by the Columbus Mavericks.
Postponed or Rescheduled Games
In the event a game is postponed or rescheduled, your ticket will remain valid for the rescheduled date. If you are unable to attend the rescheduled game, you may request a full refund within 48 hours of the rescheduling announcement by contacting tickets@columbusmavericks.com.
Cancelled Games
If a game is officially cancelled by the Columbus Mavericks and not rescheduled, ticketholders will receive a full refund, including any applicable processing fees. Refunds will be processed automatically to the original form of payment within 10 business days.
Tryout Camps & Player Events
Registration fees for tryout camps and player evaluation events are non-refundable once submitted, as these events involve limited roster spots and planning commitments. In the event the Columbus Mavericks cancel a camp or event, registered participants will receive a full refund or credit toward a future event at the organization's discretion.
Merchandise
Merchandise purchased through the Columbus Mavericks may be exchanged or returned within 14 days of purchase, provided the item is unused, unwashed, and in its original condition with all tags attached. Customized or personalized items (e.g., jerseys with names or numbers) are final sale and are not eligible for refund or exchange.
Exceptions & Special Circumstances
We understand that exceptional circumstances arise. If you are unable to attend a game due to a documented medical emergency or other unforeseen circumstance, please contact us at tickets@columbusmavericks.com and we will review your request on a case-by-case basis. Documentation may be required.
Alcohol Policy Disclaimer
Alcohol is not included in the purchase of any Columbus Mavericks ticket. Furthermore, alcohol is not sold by the Columbus Mavericks hockey club at any of our events, camps, or games. Ticket prices reflect admission only.
