RETURNS, REFUNDS, & SHIPPING POLICY
Return & REFUND Policy
You may return a product (customized items excluded) for up to 30 days from the fulfillment/shipping date. After 30 days from the fulfillment/shipping date, a refund cannot be offered. If eligible for a refund, the original sale price (minus shipping) will be refunded to the original payment method. To be eligible for a return, the item must be unworn and unwashed (free of any stains, odors, makeup, deodorant, hair, or wear) and in original packaging.
Before you Process a Return:
Once our distribution center receives your returned order, please allow up to 10 days for us to inspect and process your return.
Once your return is processed and approved, the refund to the original payment method will be processed and you will receive a confirmation email. Please note, that once the refund is processed, it may take 3-5 business days to be reflected on your bank/credit card statement.
The return shipping costs are the customer’s responsibility.
The original shipping fees are non-refundable.
By issuing a return to Columbus Mavericks LLC, you agree to the terms of the Return Policy.
If the return does not meet the criteria above, the return will be rejected and discarded and a refund will not be issued. Columbus Mavericks will not return rejected merchandise.
If you are returning a “gift”, you will need the order number and email address used to place the order.
Columbus Mavericks LLC does not hold or accept responsibility for packages or items lost, stolen, or stuck in transit when being delivered back to our distribution center. You must provide a tracking number when you return the order.
Damaged items must be reported/emailed within 3 days of receipt with photos attached to firstname.lastname@example.org. If not reported within 3 days, we will not issue replacements. Columbus Mavericks LLC is not responsible for normal wear and tear to items purchased and will not issue a new item outside of the 3 day window of receiving the item.
If you have received an incorrect item or have experienced another issue with your order, please contact email@example.com within 3 days of receiving your order with a picture of the items and packing slip.
Considered “final sale” and may not be returned for store credit or a refund.
Customized Items (e.g., Jerseys with custom name/number)
Sale/Clearance items (as indicated on the product page)
Products considered "Final Sale" (as indicated on the product page)
Accessories- including but not limited to hats, stickers, jewelry and other items
Because we can't ensure our customers will be issued the style/size they desire by the time their returned items come back to the distribution center we do not offer exchanges.
Refunds for Returns:
Please note that original shipping fees are non-refundable and the cost of the return shipping label is the customer’s responsibility.
Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your return. If you are approved, you will receive an email with your digital store credit for the net amount of the item(s) returned.
Reserved Rights Regarding Returns:
Columbus Mavericks LLC reserves the right to solely define and limit, refuse, and/or reject returns from customers at any time due to:
An irregular or excessive returns history indicative of “wardrobing”.
An irregular or excessive returns history involving worn, altered, laundered, damaged, or missing items, or potential fraudulent or criminal activity.
Items sent to our distribution center without a return processed through firstname.lastname@example.org will be discarded upon receipt and will not be refunded.
Similarly, Columbus Mavericks LLC reserves the right to refuse service to any customer or entity, due to similar actions as noted above.
To Process a Return - Domestic and International Customers:
By processing a return you acknowledge and have read our entire Return Policy and understand the terms.
Please email email@example.com to begin a return. Please include the order number and email address used to place the order.
Pre-sale items will require longer processing time. An order containing a pre-sale item will not be split and the full order will be sent once the pre-sale item ships.
Exclusive and/or Limited Edition/Limited Stock item(s) may require longer processing time(s). An order containing an item with a longer processing time will not be split.
Processing time is separate from shipping time.
Orders are processed Monday-Friday (excluding holidays). Processing time requires 7-14 business days.
Customized items such as jerseys require additional production lead time. Please allow 3-5 weeks for production and shipping.
Shipping time is based off the method selected by the customer at checkout.
Shipping timelines do not apply to orders shipped to APO/FPO addresses.
All shipping times are an estimation and cannot be guaranteed.
Shipping fees are non-refundable. For items returned to Columbus Mavericks LLC due to an undeliverable addresses or issues with Customs, refunds will be issued for the net price of your item(s) minus the shipping charge.
Columbus Mavericks LLC does not hold or accept any responsibility for packages that have been stated as items lost, stolen, stuck in transit, or delivered. We do not issue refunds or store credit for packages that the courier confirms as lost in transit or delivered. Concerns or questions about your order after it has shipped should be made to the carrier directly. The Customer Support Team can only see the same tracking information given to the customer through the tracking number.
Columbus Mavericks LLC is not responsible for the payment of Customs or VAT Fees. The fee varies and is determined by each country. By processing an order, you agree and acknowledge you will pay any Customs and VAT fees that may occur.
