Mavericks Head Coach & General Manager, Nate Handrahan, announced Saturday morning, that Northeast Ohio Goaltender, Alex Toth, has signed on with the Mavericks for the 2020-21 season. The Mentor, OH native is the Mavericks' second netminder from the Cleveland area, following Luke Bell from Strongsville, OH last season. Toth has been a standout for the Mentor Cardinals, posting back-to-back seasons with shutouts in the double digits, with a stellar 1.70 GAA and .927 Save Percentage last year. Toth also earned 3rd Team All Ohio, 1st Team All News Herald, and 1st Team All Conference during the 2019-2020 season. Congratulations Alex and welcome to the Mavericks!
