Mavericks' veteran netminder, Kyle Diehr, earned UPSHL Great Lakes division Player of the Week honors this past week.

Diehr came up with 88 saves on 83 shots in two games, including a win against the Cincinnati Jr. Cyclones in which he stopped 40 of 42. Diehr is in his second season with the Mavericks and even got to take shots during a Columbus Blue Jackets off-season practice session this past summer.
