Richison Inked as Mavericks First Player

Mavericks Head Coach & General Manager, Darryl Noren, announced Tuesday Night, that Deric Richison has been signed as the first player in team history.
The Pickerington, OH native had a standout season during his senior year of high school hockey, tallying 51 goals and 20 assists in 38 games for the Pickerington High School Prowlers of the OSHL. Following his high school career, Richison spent last season playing with the Evansville Jr. Thunderbolts of the North American Tier 3 Hockey League (NA3HL). Deric will wear #19 this season as he returns to Columbus to anchor his new hometown team.
